Being a huge fan of Erin Hunter's fantastic book series Warriors, I decided to draw them...finally. I sorta based their designs off of the manga looks, then encorporated a little bit of my own style into there.

Plus, my friend *xAshleyMx showed me a easy and kickass new way to cell-shade, so it actually looks nice, yay!

The cats shown are Fireheart/Firestar, Graystripe, Sandstorm, and...well, the white cat is supposed to be Cloudtail, but he looks huge in size compared with the older warriors. =/

I'll draw some more, just wanted to get the hang of drawing them in the first place, first. ^^

WARRIORS IS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE A MANGA.
EVER.
First of all, it is NOT JAPANESE.
Manga is Japanese.
Also, IT IS PRINTED THE WRONG WAY.
Manga is read from right to left.
The warriors...THING is read from left to right.
Also.
YOU CANNOT MAKE AN ENGLISH NOVEL INTO A MANGA.
It is a COMIC BOOK.
Not a MANGA.
You can't call it MANGA just because manga happens to be popular.
This not addressed to you, per se, but the idiots who actually PUBLISHED it as 'manga' and everybody stupid enough to believe so.
I'm sick and tired of every English author making a fucking MANGA from their books.
IF IT IS ENGLISH, THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL IT CAN BE MANGA.
Wow, aren't you a fine little weeaboo? : P

I honestly don't give a shit whether or not the Warriors spinoff was a manga or not. So don't go leaving dumbass comments on my stuff if you know what's good for you.

You've been reported for spam; having a nice day.

It's not spam because you mentioned it in your comment.
It is not off topic in any way.

Also.
You should care.
It's absolutely ridiculous how America insists on raping Japanese culture.

It's not a 'dumbass comment'.
I actually know what I'm saying, thank-you very much.
If you're going to be another ignorant little pawn of America's blatant disregard for the cultures of other countries, join the other 50,000,000 on the internet.

Are you threatening me?
What do you plan on doing over the internet? Seriously.
Heh, stop acting like you're so superior because you consider yourself to be an expert on all things Japanese. Because you're not. You're no different from any other weeaboo on this site.

I'm not threatening you. I just don't give a flying fuck that the Warriors books aren't "genuine" manga. Honestly, who cares if Americans want to be manga artists? The Japanese incorporate things from our culture into theirs, and somehow we're wrong for doing the same thing?

Take your idiocy somwehere else, please, because it's not welcome here.

How is drawing in the manga style raping Japanese culture?
Should people only draw Manga and Anime if they are Japanese?
Should people only try to make Italian dishes if they are Italian?
Should someone only learn to speak Spanish if they are Hispanic?
Should someone only play Mozart on the piano if they are Austrian?

What's wrong with being influenced by another culture? No one complains when other countries decide to par take in things that were originally done in the U.S. like McDonald's Restaurants and rock and roll, but Americans using the Manga style is a bad thing?

Why?

What makes it ok for everyone else to embrace things in U.S. culture, but not ok for the U.S. to embrace things in other cultures.

Oh. And I think it's safe to say that what the Native Americans went through in this country is a far better example of a culture getting raped in America.

There's a series of books about cats?

Cool. The only cat book I've ever read where cats were the key characters was "Tail Chaser".
